Finally, you can tilt the LCD about halfway from the camera, as shown in Figure 5-29, and hold the camera upside-down above your head. With that position, you can hold the camera above your head and view the scene as if you were an arm’s length taller or were standing on a small ladder. If you attach the camera to a monopod or other support and hold it up in the air, you can extend the height even farther and still view the LCD screen quite well. You can activate the self-timer before raising the camera up in the air to take the photo. You also can use a smartphone or tablet connected to the camera by Wi-Fi to trigger the camera by remote control while it is raised overhead, as discussed in Chapter 9, or you can use a wired remote control device, as discussed in Appendix A.
